Our intention is for the  nursery to open: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 6:00pm for 52 weeks of the year excluding bank holidays.  The nursery will be fully registered with Ofsted.

The setting will benefit from a range of fully qualified, caring and enthusiastic early years professionals.  We will offer a variety of full and half-day paid sessions for parents to choose from!  We will also offer places from birth, 2, 3 and 4 year old children, claiming free 15 or 30 hours Funded Early Education. We spread this entitlement across 52 weeks supporting the working parent so your child can attend each and every week for free.

We are planning for the nursery to have a approximate occupancy of 66 children across three classroom, this includes:

20 place baby classroom
23 place toddler classroom
23 place preschool classroom

Our plans are subject to changes.  Once open we'll show you our lovely new setting and introduce you to our team and you'll get to meet some of the other children too. You'll also get a chance to ask any questions you may have.

PLANS 3.png

We have taken our time during the planning stage and sort advice to ensure we create an incredible setting, which is innkeeping with the area and services the local community.  The build will continue to be a single storey.  We have decided to enhance on the existing unique structure, keep the green open spaces and include new bike & pram stores and electronic parking bays.

Careful considerations has been given to ensure we comply with biodiversity net gain, we have done this by proposing to create a grassed roof and keeping natural environments around the premiss.  A range of new planting will also be included to enhance on the vegetation. We have completed a range of surveys which included a noise assessment, an operational traffic management plan and ecology report.
