Early Learners Nurseries is a family run company, founded by Jean and Graham McCann in October 1985. Since 2008 their son Hayden McCann acts as the Director and owner of the companies and oversees the operations of the businesses. In 2010 he completed his Masters Degree at Edge Hill University in Management. The McCann family have a wide range of knowledge and expertise, they live, breath and love this industry and are actively engaged each and every single day.
One of the companies greatest strengths is its excellent Area Manager, Jessica Foulston. Jessica has completed her Bachelor of Education in Early Years at Chester University. She oversees and supports the settings on a continuous basis striving for high standards of care and education throughout.
Each setting has qualified and experienced Managers and Deputies, they contribute to the overall success of Early Learners. These teams are incredibly focused on the children’s interests being at the heart of everything we do.

We recognise that a childcare setting can only ever be as good as the team who work within it. We have had practitioners work for us for over three decades. We believe quality childcare is dependent on excellent staff and we are committed to fostering happy, skilled and loyal teams which ensures that we maintain the highest standards of childcare provision. We must also show special appreciation to our support workforce in our Customer Care, Billing and Maintenance Teams.
