Early Learners Nurseries is one of the longest running childcare companies in England. Founded in October 1985 by Jean and Graham McCann, the family run business has successfully been operating for more than four decades. Their son Hayden McCann has acted as the Director and owner of the company for many years. In 2010 he completed his Masters Degree in Management at Edge Hill University and since this time has successfully expanded the business. He has vast amount of experience in the industry and is a Registered Person with Ofsted. The McCann family have a wide range of knowledge and expertise, they live, breathe and love this industry and are actively engaged each and every single day.

One of our companies greatest strengths is our excellent Operations Director, Jessica Foulston. Jessica is fully registered with Ofsted and the nominated person for the company. She is fully responsible for ensuring we comply with the Early Years Statutory Frameworks and any legal regulations. Jessica has a vast amount of experience and has completed her Bachelor of Education in Early Years at Chester University. She has worked for Early Learners for many years and has a firm understanding of our company ethos. We must also show special appreciation to our support workforce, our Area Managers, the Customer Care Team, Billing, Recruitment & Marketing and our Maintenance Teams who all help with the day-to-day operations.
Each setting has qualified and experienced Managers and Deputies, they contribute to the overall success of Early Learners. These teams are incredibly focused on the children’s interests being at the heart of everything we do. We recognise that a childcare setting can only ever be as good as the team who work within it. We have had practitioners work for us for over three decades.
