Our Pre-School
About Us
We believe in providing the ultimate care and education to children. Our Preschool has experienced nursery nurses who support and prepare the children ready for school. The setting was awarded a 'Good' by Ofsted.
Our Pre-school is able to accommodate 26 children every day aged 3 & 4 years old. We believe that every child should have the best start in life.
Our classroom is based on ground floor level, has access to our large garden and playground area. We have a wet play area and a touchscreen computer for educational apps to support children's development. We also support children and parents with toilet training and SEND. It is an open plan classroom full of lots of different areas of learning for children to go and explore and develop. We offer a range of fee paying (51 weeks) and 15hrs and 30hrs free options to choose from.

Our Environments
We are excited to announce that our new purpose built Pre-School classroom is open. Please book your childcare place early to avoid disappointment.
An enabling environment provides children with the space and resources to play, explore and learn. Our classroom environments should embrace wide variety of continuous provision which covers the seven areas of learning and development.
A crucial aspect of Early Learners new long-term strategy is to create calm environments; neutral and natural spaces, accented with well thought out resources that are purposely placed to support and extend children’s learning.
Our workforce review and enhance play spaces regularly by reflecting on the children’s individual needs and their specific interests. We encourage children to exercise their creative and critical thought process, encourage discovery, collaboration, risk taking and movement. Most importantly we must provide children time to revel in the simplicities and delight of the everyday.
Our practitioners are empowered to reflect continuously on their environments, experiences and activities they create for the children and this enables our team to really question and reflect on the ‘why’.

What is Free Early Education (F.E.E)?
All 3 and 4-year-olds and some 2-year olds in England are currently entitled to up to 15 hours a week free childcare for 38 weeks of the year (during school term-times). All children in England get 570 free hours per year. We spread this free entitlement over 12 months (instead of 38 weeks), to help spread the savings throughout the year.
You may be able to get up to 30 hours free childcare (1,140 hours per year, which you can choose how you take). The ‘30 hours free childcare’ scheme is great news for eligible families, who could claim up to double the amount of free childcare they are currently entitled to. This could take your free childcare entitlement from 570 hours a year up to 1,140 hours a year. If you’re eligible for the extra hours, you can simply sign up online to get a code to give to us your childcare provider to reserve your place. You’ll get the extra hours once the next term starts. For more information please click on the 15hr or 30hr options.
