Here at Early Learners we want to support parents and carers with a wide range of special offers and discounts specifically designed to help families. We want to support our families in their preparation in confidently returning to work and help parents with their childcare costs where possible.

One Month Free
 

This offer is only open to new children aged 0-2 years old who wish to register and attend an Early Learners setting.  This offer is for 1 free month childcare. (Claiming their 2nd month free).  This offer is  available at all nurseries and finishes on 30th November 2020.


The offer depends upon availability so please apply early to avoid disappointment.   Children must register and start prior to the expiry date.
Parents must pay for the non-refundable registration fee of £25 in advance.  Parents must pay for their first full month and then can claim their 2nd full month free.  If a child starts part way through a month then the free month will apply to the third month they attend.  Payment must be made to the nursery prior to the child starting.  Parents cannot reduce their sessions/ days whilst they are on the offer or for a period of 6 months in total, otherwise they will be liable for the costs.  Parents can change and increase their sessions / days whilst they are on the offer.  All other terms and conditions apply. 

Free Education & Childcare 
for 2-year-olds

 

Your 2-year-old can get free childcare if you live in England and get one of the following benefits:

  • Income Support

  • come-based Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA)i

  • income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)

  • Universal Credit, and your household income is £15,400 a year or less after tax, not including benefit payments

  • tax credits, and your household income is £16,190 a year or less before tax

  • the guaranteed element of Pension Credit

  • the Working Tax Credit 4-week run on (the payment you get when you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit)

2-year-olds can also get free childcare if they:

  • are looked after by a local authority

  • have a statement of special education needs (SEN) or an education, health and care (EHC) plan

  • get Disability Living Allowance

  • have left care under an adoption order, special guardianship order or a child arrangements order

Pre-School Full Time Bundle
We are offering a saving for families which are eligible to claim the 30 hours F.E.E (Free Early Education). If you require a ‘Full-Time Place’ for your child who is aged 3 or 4-years-old, you can simply just pay for 2 ½ days and get all the additional services free.  This means you can attend Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm up to your child going to school.

Additional services include:  

  • Early Mornings, including breakfast served up to 8:30am each day.

  • All AM & PM Meals,

  • All Extra Hours:  Morning Hours (7am - 8am) & Afternoon Hours (5pm - 6pm), 

 

This offer includes an additional 5 hour per week free, on top of the 22.5 F.E.E hours, totalling 27.5 hours per week for 51 weeks per year.
 

2-year-olds can also get free childcare if they:

  • are looked after by a local authority

How do I apply for Tax Free Childcare & 3 & 4-year-old extended 'Free Early Education' (F.E.E) Entitlement?


You’ll need the Government Gateway user ID to create your childcare account.  You can apply online and you will be given a unique code; you must give this code to us, along with your national insurance number and child’s date of birth.  We then confirm this information with the local authority to check the code is valid.

NHS 10% Discount
Early Learners wants to thank all those NHS workers who work on the front line during this pandemic.  
To support these individuals, we are happy to announce an increase in childcare discount to 10% anyone employed by the NHS.


This fantastic 10% discount will come off your childcare fees effective from: 1st June 2020.  This is open to all new and existing clients.  Early Learners is thrilled to offer these reduced fees to those who supported us in the most difficult times. 


The legal guardian of the child must be an employee of the NHS. Proof of employment will be required for eligibility.  This is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount.  Early Learners has the right to ask the parent for an ID check at any time during their time using our service.
 

Family Siblings Discount

In order to support families who attend Early Learners & our School Clubs, we are pleased to offer:

  • 10% siblings' discount if you have 2 children with us

 

  • 15% siblings discount if you have 3 children with us

If you already have a child at an Early Learners, we will offer reduced fees to support all parents with more than one child in our care.  This sibling discount will be applied to the eldest child's fees and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount.  Please call your designated nursery for more details.  All other terms & conditions apply.
